S’unrise, born to a simple life in Khenarthi’s Roost, was killed by Mannimarco in 2E 582 in sacrifice to Molag Bal. After escaping her imprisonment in Coldharbour, she found herself disfigured, and unable to truly die.

She is also known throughout history as The Vestige, Eternal Champion, the Apprentice, the Agent, Nerevarine, Champion of Cyrodiil, Warrior, The Forgotten Hero, and the Last Dragonborn.

S’unrise is the main character of The Elder Scrolls, filling the role of the heroine in most of the games, and is commonly mistaken to be multiple people, hence her many titles.

In The Elder Scrolls Online, she appears as a Magicka Nightblade and uses Vampire themed skills and items.

Scion

This Vampire themed build focuses on sucking the life from your enemies, slashing with your feral claws, and making the most out of the gift of Noxiphilic Sanguivoria.

I'd say that Nightblades are the best class to pair with Vampirism, at least thematically, thanks to their Siphoning skill line offering more ways to drain your foes. When I first began ESO in late 2016, I wanted S'unrise to be a Stamina focused Vampire. Over time, Vampirism was reworked to be much more beneficial to Magicka users, so I had to rework her into a Magicka character. That truly was a blessing, because the Scion build I've ended up with has been consistently strong. It's powerful enough for use in Dungeons, Flawless Arenas, and Trials.

The Scion is a build that focuses on dealing critical damage, while sustaining your health through multiple sources. Thanks to Blood for Blood being your spammable, Magicka management is practically non-existant!

Before beginning a battle, mark the enemy with Reaper's Mark. Open up the fight with Sap Essence, to grant that all-important Major Brutality and Sorcery. Use Blood Mist as a gap closer if needed. Throw down your Blockade of Storms and Dark Shade, and activate Blood Mist. Keep that those back-bar abilities active at all times! Swallow Soul is also valuable to keep up, granting you healing over time.

Your main attacks will be Blood for Blood, but Swallow Soul can also be spammed if you're unable to get close. If surrounded, it can be more efficient to use Sap Essence as your main attack. Shoot of Assassin's Will from Merciless Resolve whenever it's available for a massive burst of damage. When the enemy is below 25% health, you can back up and use Impale to finish them off.

Soul Harvest is slotted on the front bar to generate Ultimate, allowing you to become a Swarming Scion more often. The area effect damage over time and self healing is a very strong combo, especially with the increased health and damage you'll deal while in that form.

In the rare event that you find yourself low on Magicka, you can activate Siphoning Attacks to replenish your Magicka without having to worry about the health cost.

The Scion wears all Light Armour with the Divines trait to enhance their critical damage. All armour pieces are enchanted with Glyphs of Magicka.

Their jewellery is enchanted with Glyphs of Increase Magical Harm, and possess the Bloodthirsty trait.

Dual Axes are the primary weapons of choice, since the Twin Blade and Blunt passive increases your critical damage done, which works out to be just a bit stronger than using two Daggers. The back bar is a classic Infused Inferno Staff with a Glyph of Weapon Damage. An Inferno Staff is used here because of the Ancient Knowledge passive increasing the damage done with damage over time effects. The front bar Axes are Nirnhoned and Precise, and enchanted with a Glyph of Prismatic Onslaught and a Glyph of Poison. Pure Magicka recovery isn't exactly needed, so The Scion can afford to spread out its recovery between all of their attributes.

Order's Wrath can be crafted at Steadfast Hammer and Saw, on the south of High Isle. Its flat critical damage boost is exactly what you want for a crit build.
Back-Alley Gourmand is an overland set that drops in Galen. Given that The Scion will always have a food buff active, this set is effectively just a more powerful Order's Wrath.
Shapeshifter's Chain is a Mythic necklace, obtained through the Antiquities system. While not a massive boon for Vampires, it was a very thematic fit. Alternatively, you can swap this out for the Ring of the Pale Order for solo content.
Valkyn Skoria is only used for the Offensive Penetration boost, which is statistically the most beneficial for The Scion out of all Monster Set 1 item bonuses.
